Engagements are selective, defined, and contextual.

We begin with a private conversation to understand environment, objectives, and fit. If alignment exists, terms are discussed and parameters are set. If not, the conversation ends professionally.

There is no obligation to proceed.

Duration and Terms

Engagements may be short-term or extended, depending on context.

Terms reflect complexity, duration, and required discretion. We do not publish rates, offer packages, or negotiate publicly.

Client privacy is foundational.

We do not disclose client identities.

We do not document engagements.

We do not trade on association.

Discretion is not a feature — it is the premise.
